Programme 2020

Wednesday 26th of August from 08.00 – 16.00

Are you an International student? Then your Master Introduction Week starts on Wednesday the 26th of August. This day is mainly for international students, where you will get a thorough introduction to studying and living in Denmark, be introduced to our Buddy Programme and be offered help with practical issues as acquiring a social security number. Please find the list of documents that you must bring for this day. We strongly recommend that all international students participate this day and the Buddy Programme has arranged evening activities, so reserved the whole day and evening.

Wednesday 26th of August from 11.30 – 14.30

If you are Danish and a new student at Aarhus BSS then you can participate partly in the Wednesday afternoon programme. Here you will get an introduction to our IT platforms and a tour around campus.

Thursday 27th and Friday 28th of August from 08.00 – 22.00

Thursday and Friday are for all new Master students. Here you will be given the opportunity to get to know your new co-students by attending social activities and experience presentations from the programme coordinators, student unions and former students, who will introduce you to the special characteristics of your respective study line. A main part of the Introduction Week is also to compete in the great Master Case Challenge, where you can win amazing prices by the associated companies – see ‘Master Case Challenge’ in the menu to the left for more detailed information.

As the Master Introduction Week offers a wide range of activities, we encourage everyone to reserve the whole day and evening Thursday and Friday.

Do not miss this great opportunity to get fully established as a Master student, academically as well as socially. We see it as a vital part of getting a good start to your new study programme.
