High quality. Low prices. It’s quite simple. It’s Lidl.

What started as a small, independent grocery wholesaler in southern Germany is now Europe’s largest and the world’s fourth largest retailer; we have more than 270.000 employees and 11.000 stores worldwide- and we are still expanding. Lidl Denmark opened our first stores in 2005 and today we have 130 stores, 3.000 employees and 2.500 private label products

At Lidl we want to take the lead and set the direction for the grocery market in Denmark. We strive for constant development and our vision is clear: We want to redefine Danish discount. Our strategy for the future is ambitious – both in terms of growth in Denmark and in terms of CSR; we work for a sustainable future by making a positive impact on our employees, the environment, and society.
