Who’s on the panel?
Bjarne Corydon is CEO and Editor in Chief of Børsen. He is a former Danish Finance Minister and partner at McKinsey, where he worked within the public sector division. Bjarne will bring perspectives from the numerous different companies that Børsen works with on a daily basis, and what they see as major opportunities (and challenges) when working with younger talents.
Camilla Kruse is Partner and People and Purpose leader at Deloitte Denmark. She joined Deloitte back in 2009 and has since 2018 been responsible for Deloitte’s talent agenda which covers everything from talent development, attraction, and retention to diversity & inclusion, well-being, and leadership. Camilla will among other things share perspectives on how Deloitte works with talent attraction and development on an ongoing basis.
Anne-Mette Hvas has been dean at Aarhus University’s Faculty of Health since 2021. She holds a Ph.D. in Medical Science and has earlier been working as chief physician at Aarhus University Hospital and professor at Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University. Anne-Mette has a deep passion for talent development and is further having a great interest in good work place culture. She will bring perspectives about the University’s talent strategy and how they work with the future workforce.
